- To protect our forms from spam using Google reCAPTCHA. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who sees it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, such as our web host, email provider and Google, and where the law requires it. Google may process data outside the UK under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months unless they become part of a customer record. We keep customer and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
